The annual meeting will be held in January of each year. Officers, with the exception of the Chaplain, will be voted by a simple majority vote following presentation of a proposed slate of officers by the nominating committee and any additional nominations from the floor.

At the July meeting, the Irregulars will agree upon a slate of Officers for the Connecticut State Firefighters’ Association following a recommendation of the Nominating Committee. The recommended slate of Officers will be confirmed at the September meeting with said candidates in attendance being present to the general membership for introduction.
