CSFA Legislative Update – 4-21-2023

Please see the attached legislative tracking chart for the week ending April 21, 2023. 

The remaining two Committees reached their deadlines this week, with the Appropriations Committee passing their proposed budget on Tuesday afternoon, and the Finance Committee passing their proposed revenue package on Wednesday evening.

The House and Senate are scheduled to meet for a Session day on April 27th and in the coming weeks, they will continue to meet regularly until they reach their constitutional adjournment date of June 7th.
