CSFA Legislative Update – 4-14-2023

Good Afternoon,

Finance, Revenue & Bonding (4/20), and the Appropriations Committee (4/21), will reach their deadlines by the end of the month of April. The House and Senate are scheduled to meet for a Session day on April 27thand in the coming weeks, they will continue to meet regularly until they reach their constitutional deadline of June 7th.

Please make note of the attached legislative report which contains all pertinent legislation being tracked to this point.
